About the Instructor

In addition to teaching Business Writing Upgrade for Managers and Supervisors, Rikki Lee is project director and lead instructional designer at Zipline Performance Group (www.ziplineperformance.com) in Highlands Ranch, Colo. With 25 years of writing and editing experience at businesses, publications, and training organizations, she originally trained and served as a teacher in secondary education. She holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of New Orleans.

Experienced in adult learning, corporate learning and e-learning, she was formerly a corporate marketing and technical communications writer, editor and trainer for an electronics manufacturer in San Diego. Before that, as a writer, editor, and director of production at a Denver-based technical training institute, she was instrumental in the development of dozens of successful training programs. She was also the lead editor at several influential business-to-business newspapers and magazines, including Wireless Week and Communications Technology.
